I understand that The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com) does not ship outside the lower 48 states of the United States.
The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com) also does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other area that is prohibited by federal, state or local law.

Please make sure you are aware of your local & state laws in regards to buying ammunition online.

It is impossible for The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com) to know ever changing laws and regulations of every municipality, county, state etc.

Affidavit for all The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com) customers:

1.     I am not currently less than 18 years old

2.     I am not unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance

3.     I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence

4.     I am not a fugitive from justice

5.     I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions

6.     I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.

Shipping Liability

I understand that once my package is entrusted to a common carrier (i.e. UPS and FedEx) that The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com) does not have control over my package. Additionally, I agree that once such common carrier delivers my package to the address I specified, I am fully responsible for the safety of my package (please make sure that the common carrier has access to a safe location at which to deliver your package).

The Gun Store reserves the right to change shipping rates without notice.  If a dropship order is unable to be delivered to the customer and returned to The Gun Store, the customer will be charged an additional dropship freight fee when the order is re-shipped at the request of the customer.

Customer Service And Returns

• No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior approval. All returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee based upon the purchase price (freight excluded) at the discretion of The Gun Store. No returns, under any circumstances, will be accepted after 30 days from the date of the invoice. Shipping charges, both inbound and outbound, are non-refundable, no exceptions. Refused packages that are to be re-shipped must be pre-paid and will be charged freight from both the original shipment and the reshipment. Refused packages that are not re-shipped will be charged a 20% restocking fee and freight charges before a refund is issued. The Gun Store will not send return shipping labels directly to the consumer.
• The Gun Store will not accept any used merchandise for returns or replacements. This includes items removed from the original manufacturer’s packaging. 
• The Gun Store will not contact the consumer, the Dealer’s customer, on unserialized merchandise. 
• The Gun Store will not be held liable for any shipping related issues or lost packages resulting from address changes after the merchandise has been shipped from Oour store or the supplier. 
• The Gun Store is not responsible for missing, stolen, or lost packages after a shipment is successfully delivered. 
• The Gun Store will not contact manufacturers directly on behalf of the Dealer or consumer regarding factory-related issues.

I understand that The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com) desires to follow-up with me after I place an order to make sure that I am satisfied. Additionally, I understand that The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com) may send me subsequent notices of product specials and announcements and that by submitting my order, I am agreeing to add my name and e-mail address to the e-mail list maintained by The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com).

California and New York Orders:

Customer is responsible for checking with the FFL dealer prior to placing an order that the FFL will accept the order/shipment.  If the dealer is not accepting transfers, and order is returned to The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com), we will automatically refund the order LESS the 20% restocking fee. Please follow your tracking number to ensure the package is delivered to your FFL.  Customer will be subject to any additional fees for reshipment to a different dealer. Fee can vary based on order. Any returned shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee – NO EXCEPTIONS.

Typographical Errors:

In the event that a The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com) product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is voided, The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com) shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Furthermore, I agree that any such complaints not filed within Hartford County, CT shall be immediately removed to a court within Hartford County, CT and I agree to reimburse The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com) and any other defendants for the costs of defending against the wrongly filed complaint or effecting its removal.  I also understand that any complaint or legal suit I file against The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com), and any purchases I make from The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com), shall be governed solely by Connecticut law. This includes any suit filed against The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com) by someone else as a result of my purchases from The Gun Store (thegunstorect.com).

Any issues or discrepancies with your order need to be reported within 14 days of shipment.

All purchases from The Gun Store Online Website and The Gun Store Gun Broker that are drop shipped to and picked up at The Gun Store 130 Scott Rd, Waterbury CT 06705 will not be subjected to pay a transfer fee for their firearm purchase.
