F.A.Q.

What are your store hours and when do you transfer firearms?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM. The state has the same hours for firearm transfers. We will do our best to notify customers when the state is closed for transfers or the system is down via social media. You may always call ahead just to be sure.
What other services do you offer?
Aside from our main services, we also offer estate pickups, long-term firearm storage and police department pickups.
Are all the firearms and accessories sold on your website in stock in your store?
We do have an extensive in-store inventory of firearms and accessories but not everything you see in our website catalog will physically be in our store.
I want to order a transferable item from your website and pick it up at your store. Is there a transfer fee and how long will it take to be delivered?
We do not charge a transfer fee when you purchase a transferable item from our website and pick it up in the store. The products that are sold in our website catalog are drop-shipped by our distributors. Because of this, shipment processing times may vary but normally do not exceed 3 business days. Shipping time in transit will depend on what option you select at checkout.
Do you have a public range?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a public range.
Do you sell NFA items such as suppressors and how does the process work?
We have a wide variety and large selection of suppressor manufacturers and calibers available on display in our store. We also sell and manufacture short barrel rifles and shotguns. We make the process easy for you by handling everything in-house. From fingerprinting to shipping, we'll ensure the process is smooth and the information is accurate so you may receive your NFA paperwork back in the quickest time possible.
How long does it take to transfer a firearm in store?
The time it takes to transfer a firearm largely depends on how quickly and accurately you fill out the transfer forms and how busy we are in-store. If you are efficient at filling out your paperwork and we are not overly backed up with customers, the estimated time is roughly 30 minutes.
What products do you have for sale in store?
We have ammunition, polymer frame pistols, 1911's & 2011's, revolvers, bolt-action & semi-auto rifles, pump-action/semi-auto & over-under shotguns, Connecticut compliant AR style rifles & pistols, AR accessories, pistol accessories, red/green dot sights, LPVOs, scopes, holsters, small & large safes, cleaning accessories, hearing & eye protection, suppressors, magazines, body armor and so much more!
I want a specific firearm but don't know if it's legal to own it in Connecticut. Can I just order it and have it shipped to the store?
We always appreciate it when a customer does their own due diligence before making an unknown or misguided purchase. Please feel free to give us a call to discuss your options. We offer various state-compliance services for firearms available at a separate cost.
